Top 50 Items On My Bucket List

The idea of a bucket list may seem a bit morbid to some, but I like to think of it as a big list of goals I might like to achieve in life.  Some I hope to, others may be nothing more than a dream.  But dreams are the stuff that life is made of aren't they?


  1. Visit Ireland
  2. Compose more music
  3. Play piano for a church
  4. Breed Tall Bearded Irises
  5. Go to British Columbia
  6. Go on a Caribbean Cruise
  7. Move to a Different Location/Culture
  8. See both daughters graduate post secondary
  9. See and hear my music being performed by others
  10. Work at Upper Canada Village/Historical Site
  11. Walking holiday
  12. Biking Unknown Territory
  13. Go on an Alaskan Cruise 
  14. Attend more live theater/concerts
  15. Become More Self Sufficient
  16. Increase knowledge of genetics in some field 
  17. Become more involved in community arts
  18. Make more good friends
  19. Eliminate 'but' from inner conversations
  20. Conquer self limitations
  21. Ride the next technology wave
  22. Build a water feature/pond 
  23. Assert myself in conversation
  24. Learn to Enjoy the Process, not the Goal
  25. Find a secure, fulfilling and rewarding job
  26. Be more positive
  27. Increase fitness, decrease weight
  28. Hike in a different climate
  29. Write a book
  30. Resolve Inner Conflict
  31. East Coast visit
  32. Cook as a Small Time Caterer
  33. Play in a band 
  34. Take more personal interest/growth courses

  1. It is a mighty fine list indeed. If I were lazy and had no integrity at all I would just copy it and paste it and claim it as my own. You have some great dreams and a big bucket. I bet you can make most of them and I hope that you do.
