A Client's Gardens

I do some grounds-keeping, landscaping and gardening for a client throughout the spring, summer and fall.  When I was originally hired, the rock-work had all been put in place, and some initial planting had been started, so I cannot take full credit for all that you see in these pictures, but most of the gardening is my handiwork.  It is a magnificent place to work, and efforts are show to full advantage.  Obviously I would love to show you the home that goes with these beds, but shan't for privacy issues.

The shaded hosta bed

Outside border is all mine, but rockery was previously installed.
Stumps resituated from the back of the property
Just behind this beauty, is the start of a winding woodland ramble path.
Bottom half and all colour is my doing.
New shrubbery on shaded side of house.
Newly installed hostas, heuchera and lilies.

And that is about all I have to say for today.

Musings and meanderings from the Musical Gardener.

  2. We're moving to xeriscape, and these give some good ideas.
